Lucan Engineering has an extensive in house manufacturing facility including a full machine shop combining, CNC and manual machine tools, a separate metal cutting, bending fabrication shop as well as a large assembly warehouse.

This in house manufacturing facility supports the internal processing of components for all Lucan Engineering’s projects.

In addition to project works, this manufacturing facility is also utilised for jobbing work. Much of the workflow through Lucan’s manufacturing facility is the component processing of small order quantities. This can range from a single component order up to much larger batch orders.

Lucan Engineering does not discriminate on the quantity of the job. We are equally happy manufacturing small or large component order quantities.

Lucan Engineering can provide Tool Making services and are proficient in the development, design and manufacture of jigs, fixtures, robot grippers and extrusion dies.
