Project Management services, to manage special projects from concept design, through manufacturing and final installation and commissioning. You choose the level of our involvement.

Lucan engineers have years of Project Management experience in machine building, special projects and production plant management. The experience gained by Lucan Engineering in all these areas, allows our project management approach to work around the production requirements of our customers. We understand that typically the time frame for installation and commissioning of projects is not that long, so it is critical that this be considered at the design stage of the project, so as to minimise production down time.

Our project manager’s work closely with our mechanical designers and manufacturing facility, to ensure your project is properly controlled across all aspects of the development timeline. All these project processes, including design, manufacture, assembly and factory trials are undertaken in house at Lucan Engineering’s facility prior to final installation and commissioning at the customers site.
