Cleanaway Wallgrove Rd Shed Rebuild

Lucan Engineering was involved in the demolition and rebuilding of the fire damaged shed at Cleanaway’s Wallgrove Rd site. This included the disassembly or demolition of equipment that was to be kept or disposed of. Lucan removed the fire damaged parts of the shed and rebuilt it with new structural steel, purlins and roof sheets.

This project involved:

• Project management, design drafting and workshop drawings
• Demolition and removal of all wall and roof sheets, gutters downpipes, flashing purlins a girts and the removal and restoration of all existing services on the walls
• Fabrication, galvanisation, and installation of new structural steel to replace the fire damaged steelwork
• Supply and installation of a new Rapid Roller Curtain Door and a new steel sliding door
• Supply and installation of new roof mounted ventilators
• Manufacture of electrical distribution board and the installation and testing of newly supplied electrical equipment
• Supply of “as built” electrical drawings and documentation
