Expansion Finger Plate Repairs
 

Lucan Engineering has repaired finger expansion plates all over Sydney, including the removal, repair and re-installation of the expansion plates and the respective threaded rods. 

These works usually involve:

• Removal of any sealing material covering the plates
• Removal of finger/expansion plates
• Coring concrete to expose the damaged threaded rods
• Removal and replacement of damaged threaded rods
• Scrabble concrete and replace grout 
• Repositioning of the galvanised finger plates/expansion plates and securing with nuts
• Resealing the plates and fasteners
