Veolia Spring Farm Office Building Fit Out

Lucan Engineering was engaged by Veolia Environmental Services to build a new control room before decommissioning their old admin block. Lucan demolished and rebuilt the old admin block complete with bathrooms, a lunch area and classrooms.

The project involved/features:

• Design and construction of a new training room
• Refurbishment of Male and Female toilets and the change rooms
• Structural Steel Mezzanine Frame and access staircase
• Construction of another training room on top of the installed 2nd level Mezzanine
